It's been a long time since we updated this site, sorry...the server has been down, but thanks to criBzerO we are back in effect. We have got the new tour dates,new lyrics,new pictures,new merch,newlinks and more. We just finished playing a week with Boywunder,and DOFH, took a week break and played IowaFest. OLP is taking another break for the month of June while Joe goes off with DOFH for their tour... but dont worry..OLP picks up July 1st at Cornerstone Festival, we will be playing the Winter In July generator stage. After C-stone we will be on tour all July with DOFH, check the shows page for the tentative dates. Thanks everyone thats helped us get to where we are now, we appreciate everything, xoxo OLP. Lastnight we played the KURE radio show in Ames, it went pretty good for our first show there...it was good to see alot of our friends from the other bands, and the ames kids..We just wanna thank everyone who put on that show, it makes us happy to know someone is trying to promote and book good shows in this area finally..We have a few shows coming up soon and a few new tricks, see ya there. We had 2 show this weeked, Friday was at the View and Saturday was at the Smokey Row in Pella, both were fun, interesting and it was a good experience playing those different atmospeheres and crowds. We have a new show this week and some upcoming ones on the Shows page. This Tuesday we are playing at the M-Shop for the KURE fest, its at 7pm...$5, and there is 7 other bands including, system failure, DOFH, innocence broken, and Senator Kelly. OLP has 2 news shows this coming weekend ! Friday April 12th at the Cedar Falls Hearst Center of Arts w/ BillyMusic, Innocence Broken, and Sender/Reciever...6pm $5... this show AdamOLP will be playing solo just acoustic and vocals no drum machine, and playing new unheard songs.. JoeOLP will be not be there cuz he is playing a show in Des moines with his other band Dispensing of False Halos.. The other show is next Sunday April 14th at the Des Moines Botanical Center with Sinking Steps, Kite Flying Society, and 2 others...6pm $5...This show is a must see, hope to see you there... in other news, we have had our new CD out almost 2 weeks, you can get one at these shows or order it online at Winter in July.com...

So, we just got back from tour with innocence broken, ...we met so many new people and had a great time. OLP seemed to have a really good response everywhere we played, things went better than we anticipated..We got our new CD Forever.Always the first day of tour and since then we have sold close to 100 of them. Thanks to everyone for coming out and supporting us and to everyone that booked us shows and gave us a place to stay..Special thanks to the Johnson City crew..,hollah back,Tennesee..Trey Duece!! mang that haunted church was so scary!! We wants to thank Innocence Broken for driving us around the country in the Twinkie....we kinda miss the IB van....especially the under world lair..thanks to winter in july records for everything theyve done to help us, they rock... Right now OLP is busy promoting the new CD and getting ready for a few shows coming up soon, nothing is confirmed yet, but we'll post them soon....we are gonna try and have a couple cd release shows before long..thats it for now.....sign the guestbook...thanks, OLP<3

We finished our first full length cd " forever.always" two weekends ago. We recorded at 4 seasons media productions in st.louis, our friend Nate Cooper did a great job with all the engineering and mixing. extra special thanks to him. The whole recording experience was amazing, the studio was so nice, and so were the people there. We recorded february 8-10....we got there friday night..laid down drum machine...saturday, laid down guitars, saturday night was vocal time, and sunday morning was scream sessions, synth, mixing and mastering.
We want to thank Winter In July, Inc for funding and putting out the record. It should be out March 15. Jeremy and Danny have been really good to us as they are also to everyone they meet and the other bands on their label.
